Mr. Martinez was appointed Co-Chief Executive Officer of Oofos in October 2025 after joining its Board of Directors in February 2025. He previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Deckers Brands (NYSE: DECK) from 2005 to 2016, later serving as Executive Chairman and Non-Executive Chairman through 2017. Earlier in his career, he co-founded Keen LLC and held senior executive leadership roles at Reebok International Ltd. and The Rockport Company.​

Mr. Martinez currently serves on the Board of Directors and Audit Committee of Korn Ferry (NYSE: KFY) and previously served on the Board of Directors of Tupperware Brands Corporation from 1998 to 2020.

With more than 40 years of leadership experience in the footwear industry, he brings deep expertise in strategy, operations, business transformation, capital allocation, and corporate governance.​
