WYC Affiliate Portal – Terms of Use

Welcome to the World Youth Clubs (“WYC”) Affiliate Portal App (the “App”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, you may not use the App.

1.About the App

The App provides affiliates, youthclubs, and organizations with tools, resources, and a global portal for collaboration, training, and communication.

2.Eligibility

The App is intended for users aged 13and older. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement. Ifyou are between 13 and 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.The App does not knowingly collectinformation from children under 13 in compliance with the U.S. Children’sOnline Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

3.Accounts

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities under your account.

4.Acceptable Use

You agree not to:
• Use the App for unlawful purposes.
• Post or share harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content.
• Attempt to access or disrupt systems, data, or accounts that do not belong to you.
• Misuse WYC’s intellectual property. WYC may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5.Intellectual Property

All content in the App (including logos, text, graphics, and materials) belongs to WYC or its partners. You mayuse the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

6.User Content

You may submit content such as profiles, posts, or event information. By doing so, you grant WYC anon-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and share that content within the App and affiliated services.

7.Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the App is also subject to WYC’s Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your data in accordance with that policy.

8.Third-Party Services & Links

The App may include links to third-party websites or services. WYC does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

9.Termination

WYC may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or other misuse. You may stopusing the App at any time by closing your account.

10.Modifications to the Terms

WYC may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the App, and continued use after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11.Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” WYC does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

12.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted bylaw, WYC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, except where prohibited by law.

13.Governing Law & International Users

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. If you access the App from outside theUnited States, you are responsible for compliance with your local laws, and you agree that U.S. law will still govern these Terms.

14. Severability & Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. WYC’s failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
