Asha Gupta, Chief Operating Officer at Amway, oversees global operations driving innovation and growth for Amway steering Global Marketing, Supply Chain, R&D and enterprise strategy functions.. She joined Amway in 2020 as Regional President of Asia and Chief Strategy and Corporate Development Officer overseeing the largest revenue footprint for Amway.   She previously spending 23 years at Tupperware Brands, where she enhanced sustainability and led significant growth in the Asia Pacific Markets. Gupta has worked across multiple regions and holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce and an MBA in Marketing. She has received several accolades, including Fortune India’s “50 Most Powerful Women in Business.” Gupta is also an active member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO).
