Olga is a transformational leader with more than 30 years of experience in nonprofit leadership, business development, finance, and executive management. As a Mission Advancement Consultant for World Youth Clubs (WYC), she supports governance, organizational growth, and resource development for youth organizations worldwide.​

She is the Founder and CEO of Visions Bridge LLC and previously served as President of Boys & Girls Clubs of Puerto Rico, where she expanded programs serving more than 15,000 youth annually. She also served as Managing Director of Sam's Club Puerto Rico, overseeing $1.2 billion in annual sales.​

Olga holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, a Juris Doctor, and executive education credentials from Harvard Business School. She is passionate about helping organizations strengthen their capacity and expand their impact.​
