Business Experience – Mitchell began his insurance career in 1982 and acquired controlling interest of GHM Agency in 2000. He took the company from under $1,000,000 of revenue to $4,000,000 before selling it in 2021. In 2000, Mitchell founded his commercial real estate development company and built it to over 80 commercial tenants and 20 market rate apartments. In 2015,Mitchell co-founded The Proper Pig Restaurant, and in 2024 broke ground on the MitchellSolar Farm, a 500,000 kWh solar farm, which he completed in Q1 2025. Mitchell is about to publish his first book Engage Now: The Proven System for MaximizingProfits by Building Customers for Life, distilling more than 45 years of real-world experience into a practical, people-first framework for business success designed to help small business owners strengthen their brands, deepen customer relationships, and build sustainable growth and profitability through trust, consistency, and long-term value.
