J Harris is a relationship-driven leader with more than 25 years of experience building partnerships, leading high-impact teams, and managing events that inspire people to come together for a greater purpose.  His career has spanned collegiate and professional sports, nonprofit and corporate leadership, and youth development — all centered around one theme: helping organizations grow through collaboration, trust, and meaningful connections.

J has led some of the nation’s most successful fundraising and community events, including the nations #1 Relay For Life and #11 Making Strides Against Breast Cancer, and has managed operations for professional sports teams and youth athletic programs.  In his current role as Mission Advancement Regional Director for World Youth Clubs, he is focused on expanding the organization’s global network — building strong partnerships, empowering teams, and supporting youth clubs across the UK and Europe to help young people make a positive impact in society.

Outside of work, J is a proud dad to Jordyn (mommy of two), Kohl, and Trysta.  After losing his wife to cancer, J has made it his mission to Enjoy the Precious Present — supporting those battling cancer, spending time at the beach, competing in obstacle course races, exploring Disney, and cheering on his beloved Florida Gators.

At his core, J believes leadership is about service — lifting others up, creating opportunities, and helping people see what’s possible when they work together toward a common goal.  Guided by the principle, “If your job was eliminated today, would it matter?”  J strives to make a difference every day.  As one of his favorite quotes reminds him, “To the world you may be one person, but to one person you may be the world.” – Dr. Seuss
