Shaina Reeser is Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at World Youth Clubs. She is responsible for the organization’s mission advancement team that supports WYC’s global network of Affiliates worldwide and operations at headquarters.  

Prior to World Youth Clubs, Shaina spent nearly 20 years at Make-A-Wish working in the chapter support, mission advancement, revenue and brand departments. Shaina directed the entertainment, celebrity and sports program resulting in 14,684 wishes granted under her leadership. Celebrity engagements included working with key talent, ambassadors, entertainment and sports relationships. She led Make-A-Wish’s partnership with ESPN on the award-winning “My Wish” series on SportsCenter. In her early career, she worked for NBA teams the Phoenix Suns and Indiana Pacers, supported operations and recruiting with Purdue University’s football program, and worked in minor league hockey.

Shaina received her bachelor’s degree from Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana in political science. She grew up in Metro Detroit and now resides in Orlando, Florida with her husband David and their two children Lucas and Isla. Shaina is passionate about supporting families and youth globally. She is a volunteer at Give Kids the World Village and spends most of her free time cheering on her own kids in their youth sports activities.
