With a career spanning four continents and over two decades, she combines financial acumen with an unshakable belief in the power of education, equity, and legacy. Currently serving as Director of the Family Office at Demetree Global, she leads with vision and precision, stewarding multi-generational wealth, philanthropic partnerships, and strategic initiatives that create lasting value across borders.
A Certified Public Accountant by training, Vanessa has held senior leadership roles at Ernst & Young, ECC International, and CFO Strategic Partners, advising clients in sectors ranging from government and hospitality to pharmaceuticals and defense. Her international career has taken her through Puerto Rico, Mexico, Brazil, and Singapore, where she has worked at the intersection of business, culture, and impact.
Vanessa is widely recognized for her bold, human-centered approach to leadership. In 2016, she was featured at the Forbes Mexico Powerful Women Forum for her contributions to nonprofit innovation. She is the founder of the first Club de Niños y Niñas (Boys & Girls Club) in Mexico City, a pioneering institution that continues to empower youth through education, sports, and the arts.
Today, Vanessa serves as a Council Member of the World Youth Clubs, supporting global youth development. She is also a member of the Advisory Board for the School of Public Administration at the University of Central Florida.
She is currently pursuing her Executive MBA at the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College, continuing to deepen her leadership in systems transformation and global engagement.
Vanessa lives in Orlando, Florida, and is the proud mother of three sons. She brings to every endeavor her signature approach; driven by excellence, rooted in empathy, and focused on cultivating excellence and impact across borders.
