Rooted in Sandhurst's renowned "Serve to Lead" philosophy, the program combines immersive leadership experiences, teamwork, problem-solving, and mentorship to help participants develop practical leadership skills while fostering a commitment to serving their communities. Through this pilot initiative, youth workers will also receive training to bring these leadership principles back to their clubs, creating a scalable model that empowers the next generation of leaders around the world.
