Monsignor Hilary Franco, World Youth Clubs Council Member, stopped by the office!

In addition to being an advocate for youth and World Youth Clubs, he serves as the Advisor to the Permanent Observer Mission of the Holy See to the United Nations. The Monsignor is now working with his seventh pontiff, Pope Leo XIV.
