World Youth Clubs is proud to celebrate a remarkable milestone in the leadership journey of our Founder and Chairman, Rick Goings, who has been named an Honorary Fellow of the Global Peter Drucker Forum (GPDF). This is one of the highest recognitions in the world of leadership and business management; only six other individuals have received the same honor. It honors his dedication as a global business leader and generous philanthropist as well as his contributions to the Drucker Forum stage and the International Advisory Board.

The GPDF, is widely regarded as the world’s leading management and leadership conference, convenes annually in Vienna, Austria, the birthplace of Peter Drucker and the modern discipline of business management. For more than a decade, Rick has been an active participant and member of the GPDF International Advisory Board, contributing insight and perspective to global conversations about leadership in an ever-changing world.

This honor from the Global Peter Drucker Forum serves as a recognition of Rick’s lifetime of impact, but also as a confirmation of the values that drive World Youth Clubs. His commitment to expanding opportunities, nurturing talent, and developing the next generation of youth leaders continues to inspire our work every day.
