In Panama, Affiliate of the Year winner La Fundación Mission Clubs is transforming the local community through faith, education, and service. What began as a small program has grown into a daily refuge for more than 200 young people. With “Dreaming Big” at the center of its values and vision, Mission Clubs is committed to changing the underlying realities of the community through education, spirituality, art, sports, and technology.

Mission Clubs collaborates closely with families, schools, and local partners to ensure that young people receive consistent support across every area of their lives. These efforts strengthen the broader community and create pathways to education, employment, and long-term success. Thanks to the dedicated attention of staff, more than 70% of youth participants have improved their academic performance.
